Is it "Wanderlust" -- or is true love to blame? Though Jennifer Aniston purchased two condominiums in the West Village for $7.01 million just last year, the actress, 43, has already sold her Big Apple digs to a mystery buyer at a loss of over half a million dollars, according to a new report in the New York Post.
Aniston had originally planned to combine the two units -- a one-bedroom, 17th floor space, and a one-bedroom penthouse, located at 299 W. 12th Street -- into one.

Though boyfriend Justin Theroux still keeps an apartment in the city, Aniston admitted her new hood "was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I ... knew."
In February, the actress and Theroux, 40 -- who got close while filming "Wanderlust" in 2010 -- purchased a sprawling Bel Air, Calif., mansion for $21 million, and a source tells Us Weekly?the couple can't wait to make a home for themselves together.
